River Gate High School is accredited through Cognia by meeting their standards for quality education. Cognia is the primary accreditation body for public K-12 schools, colleges, and universities, as well as private schools. Since Cognia accrediting is the standard for accreditation, students who study at River Gate High School can easily transfer their credits from our school to a college or university, or to another K-12 school.

About Us

River Gate High is a high school serving students who would be traditionally enrolled in grades 9-12, aged 15-21. These students may have fallen behind in earning credits, have difficulty passing state required tests, are at risk of dropping out of school, or just need a new environment in which they can succeed.
